Job Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure execution happens strictly as per the approved brief, scope, and creative guidelines.
  • Coordinate end-to-end production activities for shoots, campaigns, and events
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate commercials and terms with vendors, suppliers, and models
  • Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, payments, and cost optimization
  • Source and coordinate with models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other creatives
  • Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and execution plans
  • Ensure production stays within approved budgets and timelines
  • Liaise between creative, client servicing, and external partners
  • Oversee logistics including locations, equipment, props, travel, and permissions
  • Handle production documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
  • Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth shoot-day operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and talent for future projects
  • Post-production coordination including deliverables, invoices, and closure reports
