Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure execution happens strictly as per the approved brief, scope, and creative guidelines.
- Coordinate end-to-end production activities for shoots, campaigns, and events
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate commercials and terms with vendors, suppliers, and models
- Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, payments, and cost optimization
- Source and coordinate with models, photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other creatives
- Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and execution plans
- Ensure production stays within approved budgets and timelines
- Liaise between creative, client servicing, and external partners
- Oversee logistics including locations, equipment, props, travel, and permissions
- Handle production documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and ensure smooth shoot-day operations
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and talent for future projects
- Post-production coordination including deliverables, invoices, and closure reports
