We are seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and client strategy. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable diving into the data of a Google Ads campaign as they are managing high-level client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering results for both B2B and B2C sectors and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where precision is paramount.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Multi-Platform Expertise: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key industry influencers and content creators to expand brand reach and credibility across B2B and B2C sectors.
  • Media Planning: Strategically plan and manage media spend to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of KPIs.
  • Audience Targeting: Deeply analyze and define target audiences to ensure content and ads resonate with the right demographics.
  • ORM (Online Reputation Management): Monitor brand sentiment and manage proactive/reactive communication to maintain a positive brand image.
2. Client & Team Leadership
  • Client Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for dynamic clients, translating their business goals into actionable social media strategies.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a creative/technical team, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand voice and client expectations.
  • Task Prioritization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, skillfully prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Performance Tracking: Constantly monitor campaign performance against targets, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
  • Language: Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Market Knowledge: Proven experience working with both B2B and B2C client portfolios.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Flawless Execution: An exceptional eye for detail; you catch the typos and formatting errors that others miss.
