Job Description:

· Identify key decision-makers and build rapport to uncover broader business and marketing challenges.
· Build targeted prospect lists aligned with CC’s service offerings.
· Execute outbound outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
· Lead insight-based conversations around business goals, marketing gaps, and growth opportunities.
· Qualify leads based on budget, need, timeline, and authority.
· Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
· Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders. Initiate conversations focused on business challenges, brand goals, and marketing gaps.
· Present CC’s capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions effectively.
· Nurture warm leads and maintain structured follow-ups until conversion.
· Ensure proposals solve real client challenges and clearly highlight CC’s strengths.
· Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
· Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with clear briefs and expectations.
· Support new client onboarding and early-stage satisfaction.
· Maintain complete CRM hygiene with accurate logs, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
· Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
· Enable data-driven decision-making through clean, updated CRM records.
